You can book and pay a deposit direct on line HERE and receive IMMEDIATE CONFIRMATION. Payment is via Paypal/Credit card into a Sterling receiving account using the GBP rate. Rates are calculated on the villa daily rate for the deposit, with any due discount reduced from the balance payment.
Alternatively, simply SEND AN E MAIL stating preferred dates and the number of guests, plus any questions you may have. After confirmation the payment may be made by bank transfer.

Conditions
Following confirmation of booking you will be asked to provide full names and passport details of all persons occupying the Villa, to a maximum of 8 persons, 2 Children, excluding infants.
Only the pre-registered named persons are eligible to stay at the Villa, with the exception of infants under 2 years of age or by prior agreement. If Samui Sunset Pavilions representatives become aware of additional persons they will be asked to vacate and will be subject to an additional minimum three day per person surcharge.
Minimum rental time is three nights, 7 nights Peak Season.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your reservation. The balance of total rental amount is due a minimum of 8 weeks before the check-in date.
We regret that we are unable to accept your booking unless you confirm that you have Full Travel Insurance cover for all listed persons.
Cancellation:
The deposit is non refundable in the event of cancellation. Re-scheduling of a booking may be possible, depending upon existing commitments. In the event of cancellation after payment of the final amount, 50% of that balance is refundable up to 4 weeks prior. Thereafter any refund will be made only under exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of the Management. Any refunds are less bank charges.
