Minimum stay is 3 nights for the villa rental , except during Peak Season when this increases to 7.
We consider the hire of a car is necessary to fully enjoy your stay at the villa.
Use our car hire locator to get you the best car rental deal on Samui. Alternatively contact us directly and the Villa Manager will book locally with a trusted car rental company.
If you prefer we can arrange airport transfers and have your rental car delivered to the villa at a time of your choosing, or, if you are a large party, we suggest asking about hire of a mini bus and driver. This option has proven very popular as an alternative to car hire, removing the need to drive and the chances of getting lost! Local taxis can also be pre-boked and many tours and excursions will collect you from the villa.
Completion of the booking is considered to be confirmation that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions. Guests use the villa entirely under their own responsibility and risk and are expected to insure themselves for any and all eventualities. Completion of a booking is acceptance by the client that no responsibility is accepted by the villa owners or management, be that for accident, injury, fatal injury or any other eventuality.

We will also loan you up to two mobile phone handsets, with local phone cards and initial call credit cheaper than you can buy yourself. Very useful for keeping in touch with other members of your party- at local rates rather than international.

Conditions
Following acceptance you will be asked to provide full names and passport details of all persons occupying the Villa, to a maximum of 8 persons, excluding infants.
Only the pre-registered named persons are eligible to stay at the Villa, with the exception of infants under 2 years of age or by prior agreement. If Samui Sunset Pavilions representatives become aware of additional persons they will be asked to vacate and will be subject to an additional minimum three day per person surcharge.
Minimum villa rental time is three nights low season, five nights high season, 7 nights Peak Season.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your reservation.
The balance of total rental amount is due a minimum of 8 weeks before the check-in date.
We regret that we are unable to accept your booking unless you confirm that you have Full Travel Insurance cover for all listed persons.
The deposit is non refundable. Re-scheduling of a booking may be possible, depending upon existing commitments. In the event of cancellation, from the balance paid 8 weeks prior to arrival, 70% refundable up to 6 weeks prior to your residency, 50% refundable up to 4 weeks prior.
Thereafter any refund will be made only under exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of the Management. Any refunds are less bank charges.
