We find that many people holiday in a villa to take advantage of the privacy it offers and that includes not having staff around, but there are those of us who enjoy being pampered!
In addition to the usual maid service, linen, towels and a welcome refreshment drink, we can arrange: car hire;airport transfers; cooks, babysitters, a stocked bar etc. Whatever else you want arranged, just let us know when booking.
Car Rental/Bike Rental/Jet Ski Rental
We have an international Car Search engine elsewhere on this website, but for those of you that prefer to use a more personal local service where you actually get the car you booked we have made arrangements in partnership with local providers for cars, bikes and jet skis. See HERE!
Golf
Koh Samui now boasts a world class 18 hole golf courses plus two nine hole course, all within easy reach. Samui is a perfect place for those men only golfing getaways, with plenty of nightlife in Maenem, Bank Rak, the Choeng Mon road , Lamai and of course Chaweng.
Kiteboarding
For six months of the year we are nearby to the Samui Kiteboarding Asia school in Nathon and can provide you with tuition details, if you want to learn, or various sessions if you are already experienced. The beginners course takes sessions over three days so to allow for the wind not being kind you really want to allow a week. Let us know what you need!
Water Sports
Anything you want can be organised in the way of water sports, be that diving, kayaking, snorkeling - just ask.
Stag Do's
Samui is the ideal place for an excellent mancation!. Lots of golf, bars, sailing, beaches, clubs, massages- and endless other opportunities. Let us know what you have in mind and we will see what we can tailor for your requirements.
Sailing and Power boats
The quality of wind obviously differs from day to day, season to season, but the variety of sailing opportunities remains constant with many nearby islands and excellent beaches. What better than to have a good time sailing and then come home to the comfort and luxury of your own villa? Ideal for those who enjoy a sail but who want air conditioned comfort at night! There are many alternatives but the following we have experienced and fully recommend:
Catamaran- 34 foot- Aussie model racing cat- most innovative design with the feel of a much larger craft due to the main day cabin being fully open by the helm instead of closed doors.
Power boat-twin 250's- 32 ft long, wider than usual beam providing ample space and a smoother ride.

Villa-Wedding
Sunset Pavilions provides an excellent location for a small wedding, up to about 25 persons. With so many possibilies available please contact us with the basics of what you have in mind - whatever that may be. The minimum hire period is three days, one to prepare, one for the event and one to clear up, for the standard seasonal rate. If you wish we can appoint our highly experienced wedding arranger to organise and coordinate the complete event at an additional cost of TB 80,000.00
