The Samui holiday villa is located on the sunset coast of tropical Koh Samui, 2 kilometers from the Island Capital of Nathon and 20 minutes from the airport, set in 2500 square meters of secluded hillside gardens, in Ban Bang Makham.
Only a few hundred meters from the sea, offering superb panoramic views of the azure waters of the Gulf Of Siam, marine activity of Nathon Port, nearby tropical islands and the rainforest, Samui Sunset Pavilions promises a fantastic holiday.
Koh Samui is a small island that takes around one hour to drive around, so all activities are reasonably close. There are now three golf courses, two within 15 minutes, and many beach restaurants within a few minutes. A Kiteboarding Asia centre is within two minutes. The number of fun activities is constantly increasing, from Football Golf to Waterball rides! Nightlife is available in nearby luxury hotels and a more lively scene can be found in Maenan, a ten minutes drive, and the very lively nightclubs and bars of Chaweng are around 20-25 minutes drive. Perhaps catch a Songtow from the main road or pre-book a cab.

The Villa
With original design and plenty of space the 650 sq.m. designer villa boasts four air conditioned Bedroom En-Suites with views of the tropical waters, a balconied central tower containing a living area on the ground floor, a Chill Out Lounge on the first floor and a Sundowners Vertigo Bar at the apex. The views from every room can only be described as magnificent.
A private driveway sweeps down to the Entrance Hall and Lounge with wall to wall windows overlooking the splendid Infinity Pool, Sun Terrace and Jacuzzi.
Built as a home, this Private Residence contains a fully equipped European Kitchen, a Sauna and a poolside Sala, also with magnificent Sea views.
Two Bedrooms have Private Balconies and Jacuzzis, another opens directly to the Pool Sun Terrace and the fourth to the Waterfall Terrace, furnished in a fusion of contemporary Asian and Thai Style.
In addition to the air conditioned bedrooms, fans are located throughout the villa and each bedroom suite has ample ventilation, should you prefer to enjoy the cooler on shore sea breeze of the hillside at night.

The Villa is located just North of Nathon, an area that is developing into the center for luxury housing on Samui, mainly nestling into the surrounding tropical vegetation, with fantastic views and an everlasting array of different sunsets.
Just a few minutes from the villa on the main ring road you will find an increasing range of interesting beach side bars and Thai restaurants. The newly opened Four Seasons Hotel with its fine restaurants and bars is just a few minutes away, as are the Passage Resort and the Mai Samui Resort, all of which are recommended and are located on Laem Yai beach. The Royal Meridien Ban Talking Ngam Resort can be reached in about ten minutes, as can the Five Islands Restaurant, and Nikki Beach is about 8 minutes drive.
Whilst the villa is near to many amenities we believe it is necessary to have transport available to enjoy your stay, although many guests have done without and used the mini bus cab, the pick up services of various tours and the hourly services of a driver for local shopping, preferring to spend the bulk of their time relaxing at the Villa and having meals prepared by our cook in the evenings.

Nathon is the Island capital and is the prime sea port for passengers and cargo. It is, however, less affected by tourist development than Chaweng, successfully maintaining a local feel with some excellent markets and a wealth of smaller tourist shops where haggling is the accepted practice.
There is a fascinating centre street of historic Chinese shop houses that should not be missed, along with an exotic fruit market and several tour shops opposite the main pier, where you can arrange 4 wheel drive excursions to the interior.
There are a number of restaurants both on the main street and round to the bay area towards where the fishing boats moor. Beach access is by the side of a local hotel, just before the Sunset Restaurant located on the return road corner.
Nathon town is the Island administrative centre with a Tourist Police office, the Immigration office, a general hospital and main outlets for all the banks, not forgetting a wealth of keenly priced stores, now including a Lotus Tesco supermarket.
All destinations on the West Coast are within easy reach. To the East is Bang Po, Maenam, Fishermans Village within 15 minutes and both Chaweng and the airport are about 20 minutes away. In fact, you can drive non stop around the main ring road of Samui in about an hour, so nowhere is far!
The north west & west coast roads down to the southern tip of Samui are less crowded than those found when heading east to Chaweng and south past Lamai on the east coast.
