When you want, take your choice of the many to be discovered beaches on the island, or use our exclusive arrangement with a local hotel a few minutes away for you to base yourself by the beach and use the facilities, including the pool and bar, safe in the knowledge that when you return for a dip in the villa pool it's completely private. The villa is a few hundred metres from the shore and sandbanks, where you can see kiteboarders enjoying the safe and shallow waters or maybe enjoy a tanning walk yourself at low tide.

Only a few hundred meters from the sea, offering superb panoramic views of the azure waters of the Gulf Of Siam, marine activity of Nathon Port, nearby tropical islands and the rainforest, Samui Sunset Pavilions is an excellent base for your tropical holiday.
Koh Samui is a small island that takes around one hour to drive around, so all activities are reasonably close. There are now three golf courses, two within 15 minutes, and many beach restaurants within a few minutes. A Kiteboarding Asia centre is within two minutes. The number of fun activities is constantly increasing, from Football Golf to Waterball rides! Nightlife is available in nearby luxury hotels and a more lively scene can be found in Maenam, a ten minutes drive, and the very lively nightclubs and bars of Chaweng are around 20-25 minutes drive. Perhaps catch a Songtow from the main road or pre-book a cab. You will undoubtedly enjoy your stay in our Samui Villa.
Designed to reflect the feeling of space provided by the panoramic view this 650 sq.m. Our tropical holiday villa makes an ideal stunning location for your vacation.
Resident Staff and a Villa Manager are on hand to service the villa and attend to your enquiries. The staff are available all day if you wish- a 5 star service that rivals any hotel, but with a level of privacy only obtainable in a secluded villa. A cook and a mini bus with driver can also be arranged with prior notice.
The pleasures of a Thai massage or other Spa treatments can be taken at the villa, perhaps in your bedroom or may we suggest under one of the Salas, overlooking the pool, the hillside and the ocean? We are sure your stay in our Thailand villa will be an experience you will wish to repeat - and if you re-book before you leave we promise a good discount.
We endeavour on a continuing basis to introduce Green intiatives and make savings for the environment. Our first measure was to develop our own organic vegetable and fruit garden. We grow our own chillis, pepper, mint, lemon grass, pappaya, mango and bananas and are gradually suitability testing and introducing additional crops. Recent introductions are mangosteen and a variety of coconut palm that is specifically grown for its excellent milk. Guests are welcome to savour our produce.
We have embarked on a initiative to change all lights to either led or energy saving bulbs where possible. Whilst being more expensive to buy they use less power and last much longer.
We have also introduced partial recycling of grey water for garden irrigation and following a successfull trial period we are extending that to recycle all grey water and are additionally now introducing the saving of rainwater. Guests are requested to help conserve water by not leaving taps running whilst washing or shaving and to use showers where possible instead of baths. Jacuzzi water is also recycled.
Guests are encouraged to embrace tropical living, which means having all doors and windows open instead of locking yourself away behind air conditioning, and recent purchases of ac's are of the energy saving variety.
Bedding is changed every 4th day and whilst we always have clean towels available we ask that you think twice before consigning them to the wash bin! The pool has a non chemical salt water chlorinator, so you will not experience stinging eyes. Remember to turn the pool lights off at night!
The Villa is close to the main ring road that runs adjacent to the coast at this point, but the immediate area is quiet and secluded, overlooking the sea, with the marine park in the distance, and the surrounding hills. Dotted along the immediate coast are several local beachside restaurants, plus the various 5 star resorts mentioned earlier.
The Four Seasons
Mai Samui-Laem Yai Beach
The Passage-Laem Yai Beach
We have an arrangement with our good friends at The Passage for Sunset Pavilions guests to base themselves at the hotel beach, enjoying use of the facilities, plus a 10% discount on evening dinners at The Terrace restaurant.
Whilst the villa is near to many amenities we believe it is best to have transport to enjoy your stay, although many guests have instead hired a mini bus and driver from our Manager as and when required, thus removing both the need to know the locality and any concerns about drinking and driving.
Just a few minutes from the villa, Nathon is the Island capital and is the prime sea port for passengers and cargo. It is, however, the least affected by tourist development, successfully maintaining a local feel, unlike the sadly much changed Chaweng, still with several markets and a wealth of smaller tourist shops where haggling is the accepted practice.
There is a fascinating centre street of historic Chinese shop houses that should not be missed, along with an exotic fruit market and a fish market on the main street. On many Saturday late afternoons and evenings the centre "Chinese" street is home to "Walking Street", an excellent local market, and on all other evenings there is a great local "ready food" market by the ferry terminal car park, where you can savour a variety of local dishes.
Nathon town is the Island administrative centre with a Tourist Police office, the Immigration office, a general hospital and main outlets for all the banks, not forgetting a wealth of keenly priced stores, including a Lotus Tesco supermarket.
All destinations on the West Coast are in easy reach. To the East, Fishermans Village is within 10 minutes and both Chaweng and the airport are about 20 minutes away. In fact, you can drive non stop around the main ring road of Samui in about an hour, so nowhere is far!
The north west & west coast roads down to the southern tip of Samui are far less crowded than those found when heading east to Chaweng and south past Lamai on the east coast.
